The major investment by the Tasmanian State Government is currently transforming one of the Hobart waterfront's most historically significant buildings into a dynamic public space and events venue. At HFCC we like to see PW1 as a companion venue, less than 200 metres from us across the sparkling waters of the Derwent from our own historically significant venue. With the capability to host dinners for up to 1500 guests, PW1 is an excellent space for events that are too large for our Elizabeth St Pier centre.
